RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent. large construction company who are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join the payroll team based in Great Sankey, Warrington. Acting as direct support to the Head of Finance, this Payroll Project Support role will be key in ensuring the smooth implementation of a new system as well as bring currently outsourced payrolls in house. Duties include: Administrative and operational project support for the Head of Payroll Support project planning, tracking and reporting Conduct analysis of system data Testing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of the payroll system Liaise with senior leadership team as required across Payroll, HR and Finance departments as required Assist with development of user guides and training materials Implement and deliver training to system users They are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of complex payroll who has also prior experience with project work and who is ideally available to start right away/quickly.
