Key Responsibilities: * Process estimates/quotations and generate formal offers to send to the customer * Work with Operations to establish costs and lead‐times for quotes * Compile Quotes to ensure Margin Budgets are achieved. * Report on quotes and revenue forecasting. * General administration and management of the price list to ensure profitability is maintained and customers are fully informed of changes. * Conduct relevant KPI reviews required to ensure performance is achieved to commitments and cascade any risks to the manager * File departmental documentation * Provide fast, accurate estimates for price and delivery requirements including labour, material, tooling and sub-contract prices * Accurately reviewing customer specifications and drawings * Liaise with the Engineering department regarding design issues * Provide assistance to sales department with special part enquiries * Ensure that all tasks carried out by team meet company QMS procedures * If required, work overtime to ensure organisational or client deadlines are met * Any other ad‐hoc duties as requested by Management **This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
