Role: Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Do
1. Prospect & Identify Leads: Conduct market research and engage in both inbound and outbound lead generation.
2. Create Strong First Impressions: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Qualify Opportunities: Use effective listening and communication to qualify prospects and move them along the sales funnel.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
5. Use CRM Effectively: Maintain detailed records in the CRM (, HubSpot) and use data to refine strategies.
6. Drive Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer messaging.
Ideal Candidate:
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
9. Experience in a sales or Business Development Representative role
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
12. A data-driven and collaborative approach
