Business Analyst / Project Manager – Newry OR Belfast – 4 Day Week Search 5.0 is pleased to be working with a leading home grown business, who are currently expanding their operations team with the addition of a Business Analyst / Project Manager. This is a unique hybrid role where you'll oversee both requirements gathering and the successful delivery of key transformation projects across the organisation. You’ll play a vital role in analysing business needs, proposing strategic improvements, and managing the full lifecycle of technology-driven projects that improve internal systems and enhance customer service. The Role Conduct end-to-end business analysis across all departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications and system documentation. Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from concept through to completion, including scope, risk, and timeline management. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with operational needs. Maintain project documentation, status updates, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Technical & Leadership Requirements Proven experience in both business analysis and project management, ideally within a service-led or operationally complex environment. Strong understanding of process mapping, stakeholder management, and functional documentation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and long-term business value.
