We’re opening Ty Heulog, a brand-new purpose built 32-bed nursing home, and we/’re looking for a passionate Deputy Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to help set up the service, build the team, and shape an outstanding nursing home for the local community. This is a rare opportunity to welcome the first people we support, embed best-practice, and develop an amazing nursing service in a brand-new environment. About the role Working alongside the Home Manager, you will: • Support the set up and development of a new nursing service • Lead, motivate and develop the clinical team • Deliver safe, effective, person-centred care • Ensure compliance with CIW and RISCA regulations • Promote a positive, values-led culture You’ll support adults with complex needs including mental health, dementia, ABI, and neurological conditions, in a beautiful purpose-built home with welcoming social spaces, calm areas for reflection and outdoor sensory gardens.
