We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Wimbledon. If you are a confident early years professional who enjoys leading a room, inspiring others, and creating exciting learning opportunities for children, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
* Lead and inspire a team within your room
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Ensure childrens learning and development is well supported and monitored
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
* Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best
What Were Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
