What the role involves:
No two days are the same! Our clients are individuals, and we ensure their care is personalized to meet their needs. Your duties may include:
* Assisting with personal care needs.
* Supporting clients in engaging in hobbies and activities that promote their health and well‑being (such as arts and crafts, watching football, gardening, shopping trips, and attending social events).
* Whether you have experience or not, we are happy to provide training and support to help you become an outstanding Care Worker.
Minimum Pay: £15.45 per hour
Bank Holidays: Double pay!
Christmas Day: Triple pay!
Mileage: 40p per mile
Flexible Shift Patterns are available to fit around your other commitments.
