Job Title: Research & Data Support Officer

Hours: Part time, 18 hours per week

Are you detail oriented, tech savvy and confident working with sensitive data? Manpower is recruiting a Research & Data Support Officer on behalf of our Public Sector client.
Key Responsibilities
Support research tasks by reviewing and editing AI-generated interview transcripts.
Remove all sensitive and identifiable data, applying a coding system where needed.
Use approved AI tools to summarise research data and accurately input this into templates for analysis.
Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR.
Maintain effective communication with the wider project team and key stakeholders.
Confidently manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
Contribute to other administrative and research-related tasks as required.Requirements
Level 4 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working with data securely and in line with GDPR and internal guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail and strong grammar/spelling skills
Strong IT skills - including confident use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Teams and Forms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Skilled in reviewing and editing documents with a high level of accuracy.Desirable
