GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Drama Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in South Lincolnshire on a full one-year contract.

Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher:
* Deliver dynamic and engaging Drama lessons across the school.
* Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that inspire creativity, collaboration, and performance skills.
* Prepare students for assessments and examinations, ensuring high standards of achievement.
* Contribute to school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Requirements for the Drama Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama and theatre.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities.
* ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
