About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established 22-bed residential care home that supports adults with a wide range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in managing a stable service.
Our home provides care and support for people living with:
* Mental health conditions
* Dementia
* Learning disabilities and autism
* Physical and sensory impairments
* Alcohol and substance misuse issues
* People detained under the Mental Health Act
* Older people in need of permanent or respite care

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the day-to-day running of the home and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered
* Supporting and developing a dedicated, long-standing team
* Driving quality improvement and making sure we meet - and exceed - regulatory standards
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
* Keeping the home running smoothly and safely, from staffing and training to audits, budgeting, and compliance
* Championing personalised care and promoting dignity, respect, and choice for every individual
What We're Looking For
* Someone with previous management experience in a residential or mental health care setting
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to lead a service to an 'Outstanding' rating
* A confident, approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
* A positive, proactive attitude and a real passion for improving lives
