About the Role:
As a key member of our Field Sales team, your responsibilities will include:
* Hunting for new business: Prospecting through self-sourced and company leads to open doors to new clients.
* Tailoring solutions: Conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand client needs and offer customized digital marketing solutions.
* Closing deals: Presenting, negotiating, and securing agreements with new and existing clients to increase revenue.
* Client management: Building relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience, with account management extending up to 12 months post-sale.
* Data analysis: Reviewing data to identify growth opportunities, enhance client ROI, and ensure long-term success.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in sales (Field Sales or high-performing Telesales)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience and a positive attitude towards overcoming objections
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
