Salary: £37,700- £48,950 per annum

We are looking for a Development Manager to join our collaborative and supportive Qualifications & Tests Development team to manage the reviewing and developing of international qualifications and tests, including Cambridge IGCSE, O Levels and International AS & A Levels.

About the role
As a Development Manager, you will manage developments of high value qualification and test products in line with internal and external stakeholder expectations. Your role focuses on the review and redevelopment of existing and new qualifications, including digital qualification product offers.
You will be:
* Developing qualifications and tests: implementing and maintaining the product development, and redevelopment processes from inception to business readiness for qualification and test products, with clear drivers and deliverables.
* Maintaining valid, reliable and manageable assessments: using your experience to provide high quality and coherent qualifications and specimen assessment materials, being able to make judgements and provide solutions and ideas.
* Seeking and embedding customer feedback: consulting with key customers during development projects, including schools, ministries, governing bodies and higher education faculty, to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Project managing: ensuring high quality outputs, managing schedules and budgets, being able to proactively solve problems, provide clear reporting and escalate risks.
* Collaborating with others: working with external consultants and internal stakeholders, being able to balance views and influence others.
* Representing the team: contributing to cross-divisional projects for product and process improvements and attending customer facing events.
About you
As a Development Manager, you will have experience in either assessment and qualifications design, education, educational leadership and publishing.
For this role you should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have knowledge of UK and/or international education systems.
A background or interest in STEM subjects is desirable and an openness to work across all subject areas is essential.
