Relief Front of House Ideal Profile:
Experienced within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
Impeccably presented with a confident and polished approach

Strong food and beverage knowledge with attention to detail
Calm and composed under pressure in high expectation settings
Reliable and adaptable, able to integrate quickly into established teams
Relief Front of House Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional table service in line with Michelin level standards
Guide guests through menus with confidence and detailed knowledge
Ensure every guest receives a personalised and memorable experience
Maintain immaculate presentation across all front facing areas
Support seamless service by working closely with the wider team
