Motor Commercial Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Motor Commercial Lead to join our Financial Services client to drive the trading side of their commercial function, focusing on budget, forecasting, and performance against plan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the commercial team
* Set and manage the financial plan, monitor trade performance, and identify deviations.
* Work cross-functionally with pricing teams and aggregators.
* Deliver post-implementation reviews and provide business recommendations.
* Report directly to the executive team and engage with underwriters to drive business actions.
* Get under the skin of performance metrics and leverage data to inform strategy.
* Ensure delivery of commercial objectives and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in a commercial role within Insurance (Motor or Home preferred; open to Pet & Travel).
