No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes whatever they may be! Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections. Rachel has complex care needs/ autism. She thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and has her own mobility car and enjoys going out to the park with her care staff team. Rachel receives support 7 days a week usually between the hours of 9am to 9am including overnight support and also has 5 days per week a 2:1 shift pattern from 10.30am to 2.30pm Enable needs you and your values to help us create an equal society for every person we support.
