Legal Assistant / Secretary – Residential Property Evesham Salary DOE Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Assistant/Secretary to support our client well established Residential Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure maximum efficiency within the department. Key Responsibilities: Manage Fee Earner diaries and schedule appointments. Handle routine client communications and enquiries. Open, maintain, and close client files in line with firm procedures. Maintain accurate records on the firm’s database. Draft and send correspondence, including invoices and dictated documents. Submit SDLT forms and Land Registry applications. Ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information. Maintain hard copy files and perform general administrative duties. Assist with post-completion tasks and legal document drafting. Record financial transactions and clear balances before file closure. Organise searches and compile necessary reports. Manage daily post and other clerical tasks. Comply with health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as reasonably required by the firm.
