Real Estate Solicitor (NQ –3 PQE), Belfast
Abacus is working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor into its growing Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, NI and England & Wales-based transactions while remaining locally based. You’ll join a well-established national practice with strong technical capability, working alongside experienced senior lawyers on a broad mix of commercial property matters across multiple sectors.
Role Summary
You will support and manage a varied real estate caseload, with a strong focus on transactional and asset management work. Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out due diligence and asset management for a range of commercial property matters
* Preparing reports on title, leases, refinancing and acquisitions
* Supporting on agreements for lease and wider transactional work
* Advising clients across sectors including banking, retail and hospitality
* Working closely with colleagues across a national team on England & Wales matters
* Contributing to high-quality client delivery and commercial outcomes
The Person
We’re keen to speak with Solicitors who:
* Are NQ (with a RE Seat) or offer some PQE e.g. 6 mthsup to 3 years PQE with experience in real estate/property matters. NI and / or E&W welcomed.
* Bring strong experience in due diligence, asset management and transactional work
* Are commercially aware with a focus on quality and client service
* Are confident communicating with clients and colleagues
* Are adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working within a national team.
