:
* Lead parts of the annual strategic planning cycle, partnering with the business leads and finance to shape strategic projects, business cases and long-term roadmaps.
* Drive alignment, decision-making and delivery across the Three-Year Plan (3YP).
* Lead priority strategy projects from scoping through to delivery.
* Identify relevant sources of data and insights, conduct analyses and develop clear recommendations.
* Identify and assess new potential markets, opportunities, services and product areas for H&B to explore
* Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions.
* Prepare high-quality materials for the Executive Team, Board and shareholders.
* Partner with functional teams to provide strategic support, constructively challenge and support decision-making.
The Person:
* Experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Senior Associate, Consultant or Manager level) or equivalent in-house strategy team.
* Proven ability to design, structure and deliver strategy projects from initial analysis to final recommendation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience turning data and insights into clear, actionable decisions.
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders, ideally at Executive or Senior Leadership Team level.
* Experience preparing high-quality strategic documents or papers for senior audiences.
* Commercial awareness gained in sectors such as retail, e-commerce, consumer, or digital health (preferred, not essential).
* Excellent communication skills able to distil complex information into simple, compelling narratives.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and shifting between long-term and short-term work.
