Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Windsor for the role of Business Sales Manager. The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, leading sales strategies, and meeting revenue goals. Qualifications
* Strong skills in Business Management and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Exceptional Analytical Skills for market research, sales trend analysis, and data-driven decision making
* Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain lasting client relationships
* Proven expertise in Sales, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in team leadership and performance management is an advantage
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
