Proactive Personnel is recruiting for a Payroll Admin for a client based in Swadlincotte.
Proactive are looking for a Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties:
* Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
* Collaborate with the HR team to address any payroll-related queries
* Maintain with the production of documentation for processing changes to personal and employment details
* Maintain the Absence Management Procedure; including supporting in absence management meetings, reviews and AWOL procedures.
* Maintain absence data, transfers, attendance, performance and training documentation
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
* Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
* Excellent analytical skills to identify discrepancies in payroll data
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Hours:
* Monday to Friday – no weekends
* 30 hours a week
* flexible start and finish times
