We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Chef to become part of our warm and welcoming team at The Clapham Day Nursery. The nursery is located in a quite cul-de-sac in Peardon Street and is in 3 storey building.
Salary: £29,952 per annum based on a 40 hour week
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Team Events & Celebrations
Your Role as Nursery Chef:
Prepare fresh, age-appropriate meals daily for our children, catering to all dietary needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with nursery staff and parents to promote healthy eating habits.
Manage food orders and budgets efficiently to minimise waste.
Ensure allergy protocols and dietary routines are strictly followed.
What You’ll Need:
Experience cooking in a domestic or commercial setting.
Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food allergies.
Knowledge of COSHH and food hygiene standards.
Passion for preparing nutritious meals for young children.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
