Job Description: Sales Support Administrator, Biggin Hill
This position is based at Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill, part of an award-winning network and the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. The centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK, capable of performing maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Service Sales team assigned to the International region.
* Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to complete assigned tasks.
* Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
* Administer data and system support for Regional Sales Managers and Proposal Administrators.
* Analyze customer work scope against Maintenance Planning Documents (iMPD / MPD).
* Revise proposals based on latest customer work orders.
* Assist RSMs with follow-ups and expedite work proposals.
* Provide data to other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Interest in the Aviation Sector.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Proactive initiative-taking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in Sales and/or Marketing preferred.
* Degree qualification preferred.
This role requires an EU work permit.
