Finance Manager (12 month contract).
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with an indigenous corporate law firm who are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role:
* Joining an experienced team and reporting to a respected Finance Director, the successful candidate will assist with regulatory compliance in transactional activities.
* Maintaining financial control.
* Reporting on performance.
* Management of the transaction team.
* Departmental reporting.
* Payroll budgeting.
* Preparation of statutory accounts and coordination of annual audit.
* Attending finance committee and partner meetings as required.
The Person:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
* Previous experience within a professional services environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong IT skills.
