Receptionist/Administration Officer Pay rate £13.61 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in various Yorkshire locations.Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative. Duties include – Minute Taking at various multi-agency meetings, reception duties, dealing with telephone calls from members of the public and internal colleagues, room bookings, financial tasks and general administrative tasks to support our senior managers and social work teams and other professionals, which includes regularly updating our social care recording system.Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as many tasks are required to be completed within statutory timescales.Due to the nature of these roles, it is essential that you are fully aware of all aspects of data protection and confidentiality as you will be working in an environment dealing with extremely sensitive and emotive information on a daily basis including information relating to the abuse and injuries to children and young people.4 people are required at different locations:1x Locality Cluster Building, Stanley Street, WF1 1NB1x Snapethorpe Family Time Centre, WF2 8YA1x Airdale Centre, Castlefield, WF10 3JJ1x Normanton WF6 2DZWork with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
