At South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb), we provide emergency medical services to Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and parts of North East Hampshire. We respond to 999 calls, urgent healthcare calls, and provide NHS 111 services across four Integrated Care Systems.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Head of PMO to lead our newly established Programme Management Office within the Strategy and Transformation Directorate. This leadership role involves ensuring effective programme governance, resource allocation, and strategic priority delivery. The role oversees three core portfolio areas: delivering high-quality care, staff wellbeing, and sustainability partnerships.
The successful candidate will:
* Establish and embed robust PMO frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
* Manage portfolio performance reporting at senior levels.
* Provide guidance on programme governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
* Lead and develop a team of Portfolio and Programme Managers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational, clinical, and support service transformation.
