Principal ILS & Obsolescence Engineer Salary: £45,000 - £62,000 Location: New Malden, London Sole UK Citizenship Required TEC Partners are supporting a leading defence engineering organisation in the search for a Principal ILS & Obsolescence Engineer to join a growing specialist team delivering complex maritime and defence programmes across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take on a senior technical role focused on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Obsolescence Management, supporting the long-term sustainment and operational readiness of critical defence systems. Working across the full engineering lifecycle, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers and suppliers to develop supportability strategies, manage obsolescence risks and ensure systems remain maintainable and effective throughout their operational life.
