Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified Rural Associate Director to join their high-performing rural team in Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious client base, delivering a blend of estate management and professional services.
Position Overview
As a Rural Associate Director, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of rural estates, providing expert advice, and driving diversification projects for our clients prestigious clients across the area.
Responsibilities
* Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
* Undertake estate and farming business reviews
* Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
* Conduct secured lending and professional valuations
* Manage and mentor team members
Requirements
* MRICS qualified with extensive rural surveying experience
* Demonstrated team leadership and client relationship skills
* Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident, composed, and flexible approach to work
* Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
