They are now looking for a Head of Housing and Support to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
This role operates across all four of our client’s locations and so can be based at their West Midlands or Bristol hubs.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Head of Housing and Support, you will lead the delivery of our client’s high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused services.
Specifically, you will lead both housing and support functions, ensuring residents are supported and enabled to achieve positive outcomes.
A key focus of your role will be to further develop a high-performance culture within our client’s services, contributing to strategic aims and driving a standardised approach to service delivery across all operations.
You will ensure they are compliant and have engaged tenants who are focused on building better lives for themselves, while also seeking to enhance internal teams and develop staff to ensure the organisation can continue to achieve incredible things.
What Our Client is Looking For
To be considered as a Head of Housing and Support, you will need:
- A minimum of three years’ management experience within the supported housing sector
- Experience working in supported housing management operations
- Experience of working directly with and for local authorities
- Knowledge of housing management and housing-related support, including statutory and social requirements relating to newly arrived refugees
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- A housing management-related qualification at Level 5 or equivalent
