MNB AUTO PARTS LTD is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to support and oversee the company’s sales operations within the automotive parts sector. The role is focused on supervising daily sales activities, assisting customers with vehicle spare parts enquiries, managing online and direct sales, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers in identifying suitable new and used vehicle spare parts, particularly for Toyota vehicles and other selected brands. • Manage and monitor sales through direct customer contact, eBay listings, telephone enquiries, and social media platforms. • Ensure product listings, prices, stock details, and descriptions are accurate and regularly updated online. • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional advice, timely responses, and reliable service. • Coordinate with management to monitor stock levels and identify fast-moving vehicle parts and accessories. • Assist in preparing sales reports, customer records, invoices, and order documentation. • Handle customer complaints, returns, and queries in a professional and efficient manner. Required Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive parts industry. • Strong communication and customer handling skills. • Ability to manage online sales platforms such as eBay and social media enquiries. • Basic computer skills for maintaining records, listings, invoices, and sales reports. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
