This role will predominately focus on managing our Security team members, customers and product set. You will be responsible for ensuring the team and personal targets are achieved, whilst ensuring our customers are provided with an excellent customer experience. You will support, coach and develop the skill and capability of team members, report on divisional sales numbers as well as driver operational excellence through process and procedures. Requirements of the role Drive sales performance to ensure achievement of agreed monthly sales targets and establish Nimans as the primary supplier of CCTV and access control to new and existing accounts within the team base Ensure your team seek additional revenue streams within existing accounts Manage, coach, mentor and develop the sales team for growth Ensure all management sales reporting activities are completed Manage, drive and report on the Sales Pipeline and ensure a healthy pipeline of ongoing leads and opportunities to achieve sales revenue targets and profit margins Ensure direct reports understand and adhere to sales processes Ensure the sales team are capable and competent with Product and service knowledge Industry knowledge competitor knowledge and profiling customer knowledge and profiling What you will bring to the role Essential Drive to win and succeed, passion and enthusiasm Previous experience within channel sales and/or distribution Proven experience of managing and driving a successful high performing sales team Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets and KPI's Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing sales to grow profit margin The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
