Private Client Solicitor – Leicester based with hybrid working About the company An established multi-office law firm with a traditional “full service/high street” heritage, operating from a city-centre head office and several regional branches. The firm advises a broad mix of private individuals and business owners, including higher-net-worth families, delivering a range of non-contentious legal services with an emphasis on client care and long-term relationships. Team Structure The Private Client function is spread across the office network with a core of qualified Solicitors working from the firm’s head office that provide private client support to a client base of mid-value wealth. The hire is intended to provide experienced oversight/supervision for the head-office team on a permanent basis. About the role The role is for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the head-office team in a city-centre location. The successful candidate will take on a mixed private client caseload reflecting the firm’s varied client base (from general private clients through to well-off families and business owners). A key element of the position is providing senior support and supervision to developing fee earners within the team, helping drive quality, consistency and performance as the department transitions away from long-term locum cover. The firm offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements (typically 2–3 days in the office for some Solicitors) as well as options such as compressed hours.
