The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of a Multi Entity Service Business with offices in Milton Keynes
The Role
As Financial Controller you will support the Finance Director and Commercial Directors with advanced insight, robust controls and performance reporting for the UK business. Day to day duties will consist of:
* Team Management and mentoring
* Lead in Financial Strategy and Compliance for business units
* Budgeting and forecasting cycles, presenting insights and variance analysis to senior leadership.
Partner with the board and CFO to shape financial strategy and guide key business decisions.
* Establishing internal controls and unified reporting standards for potential acquisitions
* Lead international audits and ensure compliance with VAT/Sales Tax regulations across multiple regions.
* Monthly management accounts, budgets and variance analysis for business units
* Manage statutory audits
* Lead the preparation of Group Consolidated statutory accounts
Your Profile
You will be at Audit Manager level in Practice or be looking for your second move Post Practice within a high performing and fast paced organisation.
