The Role - Education and Training
In this role, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement
* Inspire a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential
* Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a QTS
* Has recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
* Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* Can commute to Dunstable
* Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
