Join Our Summer Turn Team at iQ! Summer Turn is a key time at iQ Student Accommodation - as students move out, we refresh our buildings for the new academic year. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and all about teamwork. You'll help clean, repair, and prepare rooms and shared spaces to our high standards, ensuring a great experience for summer guests and returning students. Your Role: Carry out minor repairs, painting, and basic plumbing Support move-in days and help with furniture moves Work closely with the Maintenance Technician and wider team Ensure health & safety standards are met at all timesWhat We're Looking For: Handy with tools and confident in basic maintenance Friendly, reliable, and a great team player Flexible and ready to get stuck in Trade qualifications are a bonus, but not essentialYou'll Work With: Our Operations Manager On-site team members Our residentsPPE and full safety training provided.
