You will be working as part of a team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people. This includes directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancies, assisting with benefit claims, and providing information on relevant support services nearby.
Responsibilities

* Conducting initial and regular assessments of potential or actual service users, including risks, needs, and requirements related to the service, to determine eligibility and ensure necessary actions are taken.
* Collaborating closely with the Asset Management team to maintain property standards, ensure repairs are reported promptly, and verify properties are suitable and safe for occupation.
* Maintaining high professional standards and service levels, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with internal partners.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
* Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if you do not currently hold one.
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Notes:
* The role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
* Client-facing role managing a caseload of 14 clients.
* Caseload mainly includes service users dealing with substance misuse, mental health, tenancy, benefits, and housing issues.
