Exciting new opportunity for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager!
Location: Bromley
Salary: From £50,000
Hours: 37.5 per week (To work two long days and two office days.)
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join a family run Nursing home in the Bromley area. In your role will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a 25 bed Nursing Care Home facility
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality care to residents
- Supervise and support staff members in their daily tasks
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health and care plans
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise in a calm and efficient manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the home care industry is preferred
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
