How will you contribute?
* Reporting to the Assistant General Manager
* Assist in training, developing, and appraising the Stock & Systems Team members
* Work closely with customers to ensure smooth operation by prioritizing workloads
* Maintain high stock accuracy between the Warehouse Management System and clients’ systems
* Resolve stock-related issues and liaise with clients and third-party customers
* Update and maintain stock & system procedures including returns, secondary stock recovery, stock checks, and ad hoc management
* Produce management reports, analyze data, and monitor site KPIs
* Governance of key control measures
* Attend training courses as required
* Ensure handling of finished products complies with legislative, company, and customer requirements

* Proficiency in MS Office and WMS, including macros and pivot tables

* Ability to maintain system and stock accuracy, minimizing financial loss
