3. Own and develop profitability models across European operations.
4. Maintain and improve dashboards that consolidate data from multiple systems.
5. Analyse profitability trends and identify areas for improvement.
6. Support countries in understanding financial performance and key drivers.
7. Flag emerging trends and risks across the region.
Pricing Analysis & Monitoring
8. Monitor pricing strategies across multiple countries.
9. Assess whether pricing adequately offsets inflationary pressures.
10. Support local teams with pricing decisions and implementation.
11. Drive consistency and best practice in pricing management.
Business Partnering
12. Work closely with local Finance Business Partners
13. Support countries that lack the resources or bandwidth to perform detailed analysis themselves.
14. Influence stakeholders to prioritise profitability and pricing initiatives.
15. Build strong relationships across Europe and encourage adoption of recommended improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
16. A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
17. experience with profit modelling/analysis is key
18. Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
20. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
