Overview
I am currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi-Trade in Birmingham. The Carpenter/Multi-Trade will be carrying out repairs & maintenance in social housing properties in the Birmingham area. The position is a long term sub-contract arrangement, and an immediate start is available.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out repairs & maintenance in social housing properties in the Birmingham area.
What you will receive
* Up to £21 per hour
* 37 Hours a week guaranteed
* Company van and fuel card, in work hours
* Long term, ongoing work
* CIS payments available
Qualifications
* Social Housing experience
* Clean driving license
* Must have experience with UPVC windows
* NVQ in Carpentry (desirable)
