We are looking for a driven Production Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bondgate (WF8).
Salary is £36,804.77 pa (Basic £33,458.88 + shift allowance £3,345.89)
£16.85ph (Basic £15.32ph + shift allowance £1.53p)
£25.27ph Overtime rates after 42 hours worked
3 on 3 off Shift pattern Rotating Days and Nights 07:00 to 19:00 & 19:00 to 07:00
Permanent role and working on average 42 hours per week

As a Production Team Lead, you will be a key leader on the p roduction floor, directly responsible for a team. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.
You will support changeovers and asset care activities, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. A large part of your role will involve people management, including conducting training, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure your team is skilled and engaged.
We are looking for a confident leader with strong people management skills and solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment. You will be a decisive problem-solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment to ensure production plans are delivered in full.
