We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused individual to help us maintain safe, well managed supported housing. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent customer service, health & safety compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day estate management.
Location: Croydon, Bromley & Orpington Contract: Temporary, part‑time Hours: 21 hours / 3 days per week
Key responsibilities
* Support residents and liaise with families, partners, and contractors
* Carry out health & safety checks, fire safety tests, and report repairs
* Monitor estate services (cleaning, gardening, maintenance)
* Assist with tenancy issues, safeguarding concerns, and resident welfare
* Keep accurate records and provide reports when required
What we’re looking for
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good IT and admin experience
* Understanding of health & safety responsibilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willing to use your own vehicle for business use
* Basic in date DBS (or must be willing to apply for one)
