A day in the life
* Partner with customers to help them find their dream sofa or product selection.
* Showcase products in a way that reflects in-store style and customer experience.
* Provide a high level of customer service – always deliver a Very Important Customer experience.
* Understand product design and style to help customers make the right product choices.
* Assist with finance applications to check suitable payment options for customers.
* Maintain store standards through knowledge of products and collaboration with the team.
* Share best practices and support colleagues with product knowledge.
* Develop listening skills to have relevant conversations with customers.
* Help customers visualise how products will look in their home through interactions.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate additional products.
* Provide after-care advice to help customers continue to love their purchase.
