We are seeking a passionate and experiencedRegistered Managerto lead our residential home in line with theChildrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015, theQuality Standards, and our companys vision and values.

Job Role Overview
To lead the home and ensure it meets the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. The Registered Manager is legally responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it operates in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and the vision and values of Guiding Angels Care Ltd.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
* Leading and managing a skilled staff team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care.

* Ensuring full compliance withOfsted regulations, safeguarding frameworks, and legislative requirements.

* Embedding a child-centred approach that prioritises safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

* Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with professionals, families, and external agencies.

* Managing budgets, resources, and staff rotas effectively.

* Driving continuous improvement to ensure the home achieves and maintains Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

About You

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and compassionate leader who can inspire their team and bring stability to the home.


Relevant Experience & Qualifications
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within residential childcare -Deputy Manager willing to step up
* Experience leading inspections and preparing for Ofsted visits
* Managing safeguarding concerns, risk assessments, and complex care needs
* Working with external agencies including LADO, IROs, and commissioners
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and record-keeping skills
* In-depth knowledge of Childrens Homes
