We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Campaigns Manager to join our friendly team.
As the Digital Campaigns Manager at Twenty7tec, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy in the UK while establishing the brand as a thought leader in the financial technology sector. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of targeted content and campaigns to engage our audiences, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. By crafting impactful content that showcases Twenty7tec's expertise, you will position the business as an industry authority. You will work closely with key teams across the company to ensure campaigns are aligned with Twenty7tec's vision, strategy, and market leadership objectives.

Recruitment Process
Applications for this role may require a short online assessment to establish competency in certain skill areas. If your application is successful, you will be invited to a short telephone screening call with a member of our HR team. This is an informal conversation to find out a little more about you and your expectations ahead of potentially moving on to a formal interview. If you are invited to an interview, this may be carried out at our Bournemouth office, or online via a video call depending on your location. Interviews are conducted with the line manager for this role. A second interview may be required depending on the specific job role and may be attended by a member of senior management where required. Don't worry though, we're all very friendly
Job Requirements
About You
You will have:
* At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and establishing brand authority through content.
* Strong experience in lead generation, B2B marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
* Demonstrable ability to craft high-quality, thought-provoking content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand credibility.
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* A solid understanding of the lead generation and sales funnel process.
* The ability to monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
* Be skilled in managing budgets with tight cost controls.
* Although not essential, familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g.,Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) would be advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
You will:
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns tailored to target audience segments, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.- Create thought leadership content, such as white papers, blogs, case studies, and industry reports, to establish Twenty7tec as a trusted authority in financial technology.
* Plan and manage the full campaign lifecycle, including scheduling, execution, monitoring, and measurement, ensuring campaigns align with Twenty7tec's brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate high-quality content that reflects industry trends, challenges, and innovations.
* Ensure all marketing activities and campaigns adhere to and uphold compliance policies, standards, and industry regulations.
* Track, measure, and report campaign performance and results, leveraging insights to refine strategies and enhance future outcomes.
* Ensure content and campaigns are solution-focused and tailored to specific audiences, including sectors, roles, and regions.
* Work collaboratively with the Sales and Account Management teams to align campaigns with sales strategies, pipelines, and retention goals.
* Manage campaign budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
