About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 (Category C) Hook Skip & Compactor Driver to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver who is confident operating specialist vehicles and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Class 2 hook loader and compactor vehicles safely and efficiently
* Delivering, exchanging, and collecting skips and waste containers
* Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations
* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
* Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries
* Providing a professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Proven experience operating hook skip and/or compactor vehicles
* Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
