Assist with completing circa 50 commercial leases, the role will entail:
* Prepare and issue heads of terms.
* Edit our standard template lease with the information agreed on heads of terms.
* Leases are outside of the 1954 act meaning notices and statutory declarations have to be issued correctly and legally compliant.
* Discuss with Open Storage Group any comments/revisions suggested by tenants Solicitor.
* Amend lease accordingly if agreed to do so.
* Follow up with tenants Solicitor to ensure the documentation is completed.
* Once all documentation is signed and returned, file a hard and soft copy with Open Storage Group.
