Job Summary
I am looking to recruit a Workplace Investigation Specialist to be based at our South Manchester office (Hybrid). If you have a background in HR or employment law and want to focus solely on investigations, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Conduct impartial, evidence-based investigations into workplace issues.
* Interview witnesses, review documentation, and produce clear, legally robust reports.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, organisational policies, and best practice.
* Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team of investigation experts.
This is not a generalist HR role – it’s a specialist position for those who want to dedicate their expertise to investigations.
What We’re Looking For
* Background: CIPD Level 5+ or legal qualification with experience in employment law or employee relations.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong written communication.
* Mindset: Professional, impartial, and committed to fairness and procedural integrity.
* Flexibility: Ability to travel for interviews and hearings when required.
