We’re recruiting for an Employment Advisor to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding and mentoring them through their journey to employment. As their principal contact, you will build strong relationships, motivate, challenge, and support customers in obtaining sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and motivation, be solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure without supervision. We value someone who can provide first-class customer service and is driven by our aim to empower lives and improve communities.
We offer a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:

Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of the local labour market in the specified regions.
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and digital technologies like Teams and Skype.
* Experience in a target-driven environment and delivering contractual and quality services.
* Level 3 Award in Employability Services or equivalent.
* Knowledge of the employability and recruitment industries.
* Experience providing information, advice & guidance.
* Full driving license for deployment across the region.
