Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CRM and case management expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to support ongoing Salesforce and related application initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Salesforce and related systems
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
* Support case management and CRM processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
* Ensure high attention to detail in documentation, process mapping, and solution validation
* Assist in testing, UAT coordination, and solution deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience in Salesforce (preferably Salesforce Lightning)
* Solid understanding of CRM and case management processes
* Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Experience working with multiple applications and integrated systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience in multi-system environments beyond Salesforce
* Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
