Market Research VOC Analyst (12-Month Temporary Assignment) Role Summary The Market Research VOC Analyst leads the design, execution, and synthesis of voice of client research to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making ac ross the firm. The Market Research Analyst translates client feedback and market intelligence into compelling narratives that drive measurable business impact. This is a full-time, 12-month temporary assignment to provide maternity leave coverage. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, programming, and continuous optimization of Qualtrics-enabled global client surveys to capture meaningful feedback and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track client satisfaction, sentiment, and emerging trends. Apply text and speech analytics to extract actionable insights from call transcripts, survey verbatims, secondary research, and other sources. Synthesize insights ac ross primary and secondary sources (e.g., surveys, syndicated research, social listening) to inform strategic priorities. Contribute to the development and enhancement of a centralized insights repository to improve knowledge sharing and drive more informed decisions ac ross teams.
